In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), the surf course provider, as data controller, informs the applicant that the personal data collected through this booking form will be processed for the purpose of managing the request, booking, and participation in the surf lessons offered. The legal basis for this processing is the execution of the service requested by the data subject, and data will be retained only for the legally required periods related to such participation.

We also inform you that your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when necessary for the proper provision of the service, compliance with legal obligations, or upon request of the competent authorities.

The applicant may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability by contacting the course provider through the channels provided. In the event of disagreement with the processing of your data, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (www.aepd.es).

Should the applicant, during participation in activities, have access to or be involved in the processing of personal data of others, they shall be bound by the duty of professional secrecy and confidentiality. This obligation shall remain in force even after the end of their participation in the activities, and the data may not be used, disclosed, or retained without proper authorisation.
