Catering in Santa Cruz

The catering in Santa Cruz is all in all very uncomplicated and varies slightly depending on the accommodation that you choose.
Breakfast, also known as the most important meal of the day, is included at the surf house to make sure that you have enough power and energy for your surf sessions! Additionally, there’s a spacious and fully equipped shared kitchen, which you can use to prepare and enjoy your other meals by yourself or with your surf clique. You’ll find everything you might need in the supermarkets, which are only 1 minute by foot from the surf house. It is also possible that there are spontaneous and voluntary BBQ or dinner nights some of the team members. Since life at the surf house is very dynamic and everyone can plan his or her free time as he or she pleases, it is completely up to you and your fellow guests whether you want to plan a common dinner night or not. Should you not be in the mood to prepare your own meal there is a number of nice, traditional Portuguese restaurants very close by, in which you can explore and enjoy the local cuisine.

In case you decide to stay at the hotel, you will also have various options to fill your belly with good food. On the one hand you have your own kitchen in your apartment, in which you can prepare your own meals, just like at the surf house. It takes only a short walk to reach the supermarkets from the hotel, as well. On the other hand there is a hotel restaurant, where you can get a daily breakfast, which you can book for a few euros extra, and of course which you can just go to for a nice meal anytime you wish. A friendly hint: the meals here are not included in the prices we offer. Your third option here is also to stroll into town and enjoy the many Portuguese dishes and specialties.

And last but not least, there’s the Deluxe Villa in which you have similar options. Besides the breakfast, which is included here, you can prepare your meals using the big shared kitchen and the BBQ in the back yard. And of course, there are numerous supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance from the villa.

Thus, with this variety of options you will definitely not have to worry about having to go to bed with an empty stomach.
