Yoga Denmark – Step up your Surfing Performance
Yoga and surfing go hand in hand. Yoga not only provides the relaxation that springs to mind for most people on thought of the practise, but many other benefits too. Increased strength, flexibility, and balance are all positive outcomes of regular yoga practise that aid your surfing performance. Additionally, the breathing exercises and control that yoga offers are beneficial in the water too.
The hour-long classes at the surf camp will take you through various different asanas, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques and leave you feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and ready for your next surf. The classes are taken by a professional yoga instructor and are suitable for any level of yoga experience. At the surf camp in Denmark, yoga classes are offered every day, except for Wednesdays and Sundays. You can sign up to the classes in camp, at a price of 10€ per lesson.
